上海玉华医药咨询服务有限公司成立于2001年8月8日,主要从事医药原料药.疫苗、外国医药产品进入中国市场前期调研.商务经济和财务投资领域内的咨询技术服务,2002年与美国化工贸易公司在香港合资成立了玉华亚洲集团有限公司，主要从事化工原料、医药原料、科研试剂和有色金属矿产等方面进出口的国际贸易公司,同年加入美国LEXON贸易联合体，短短的几年中先后在中国大陆、香港、台湾、韩国、泰国、印度、发展了十多家子公司。

In 2002, we cooperated with America Chemical Trading Co., Ltd in Hong Kong to set up Yuhua Asia Group Ltd. It mainly is engaged in the aspect of import and export on the industrial chemicals, medicine raw material, scientific research reagent and non-ferrous metal minerals international trade, and we joined the American LEXON trade unified body in the same year. In the short several years in mainland China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, South Korea, Thailand, India, have successively developed more than ten subsidiary companies.

Yuhua has cloned the human's cDNA of Cu/Zn-hSOD into several expression hosts (E.coli, Yeast) and obtained the strain that overexpress recombinant human’s SOD protein. We have developed technology to produce and purify the recombinant SOD protein under the strict working condition. The new technology entirely avoids the disadvantages such as materials insecurity or the quality of product inconstant. In order to reflect the specialized development of Shanghai Yuhua Life Science&Technology Development Co., Ltd in technical research and development and market sale, we lay down the next five development Plan.
